CMMs are widely used in machinery, electronics, instrumentation, plastics and other industries. CMM is one of the most effective ways to measure and obtain dimensional data, because it can replace a variety of surface measurement tools and expensive combination gauges, and reduce the time required for complex measurement tasks from hours to minutes. effect that cannot be achieved by other instruments.
The operation process of the three-coordinate measuring instrument
1. Preparation before work
Check the temperature, including the measuring room, measuring machine and parts: as long as the constant temperature of the machine room is reliable and can reach the temperature range required by the measuring machine, the main solution is to keep the parts constant (put them into the measuring machine room in advance according to the specified time).
Check the air supply pressure, drain the oil and water in the filter, and clean the measuring machine guide rail and workbench surface.
Start up and run for a period of time, and check whether the software, control system, and measuring machine host work normally.
Second, the detection work
View part drawings, understand measurement requirements and methods, plan inspection plans or call up inspection procedures.
In the process of hoisting and placing the parts to be measured, pay attention to the safety operation rules of the crane to protect the measuring machine and parts from being damaged.
Install the probe and probe accessories according to the measurement plan, press the emergency stop before proceeding, and pay attention to handle it with appropriate force. After replacement, pay attention to test whether the probe protection function is normal.
During the implementation of the measurement, the operator should concentrate, pay attention to deceleration when running the program, and use the normal speed after confirming that the programming is correct.
Once there is an abnormal situation, you should press the emergency stop immediately to protect the site, and after finding out the cause, continue to operate or notify the maintenance personnel for maintenance.
After the inspection is completed, the measurement program and the description of the program operating parameters and probe configuration are archived.
Remove (replace) parts, clean countertops.
3. Shutdown and finishing work
Return the measuring machine to its original position (note that it must be returned to its original position after each test), remove the parts, and turn off the measuring machine and related power supplies in sequence.
Clean up the job site and get ready for the next day's work.
Before the workpiece is hoisted, the probe should be returned to the origin of the coordinates, and a large space should be reserved for the hoisting position; the workpiece should be hoisted smoothly and must not hit any component of the CMM.
Install the parts correctly, and ensure that the isothermal requirements of the parts and the measuring machine are met before installation.
Establish a correct coordinate system to ensure that the built coordinate system meets the requirements of the drawings, in order to ensure the accuracy of the measured data.
When the program is programmed to run automatically, to prevent the interference between the probe and the workpiece, it is necessary to increase the inflection point.
For some large and heavy molds and inspection tools, the worktable should be hung down in time after the measurement to avoid the worktable being in a load-bearing state for a long time.
Untrained and qualified personnel are prohibited from using the CMM.
Before starting the machine every day, first check that the air supply pressure meets the requirements before opening the control cabinet: air supply pressure ≥ 0.65Mpa, machine air pressure ≥ 0.4Mpa.
When the height of the oil-water mixture in the triple water storage cup exceeds 5mm, it needs to be drained manually. When the air supply pressure of the machine is normal, but the pressure at the triplet cannot be adjusted to the normal value, the filter element needs to be replaced.
Three-coordinate use environment: temperature 20±2℃, relative humidity 40-75%.
Do not place anything in the machine guide rail, and do not directly touch the working surface of the guide rail with your hands. Before starting the machine, clean the surface of the three-axis guide rail with a high-woven cotton cloth dipped in anhydrous alcohol every day, and run the machine only after the guide rail surface is dry. It is strictly forbidden to use alcohol to clean the painted surface and the grating ruler.
In the manual operation state, when approaching the sampling point, press the slow key.
When rotating the probe, calibrating the probe, automatically replacing the probe, running the program, etc., ensure that the probe runs on the route without obstacles.
Speed is set to 0 on the operator box when the Product is programmed or not in use.
When the program runs for the first time, reduce the speed to 10~30%, and pay attention to whether the running track meets the requirements.
When moving the workpiece, first move the probe to a safe position, and be careful not to bump the workpiece against the work surface, especially the guide rail surface of the machine.
Steel standard balls that are not used for a long time need oil seals to prevent rust.
When using the inserts on the granite work surface to hold the workpiece, the torque must not exceed 20Nm.
Do not carry out inspection and maintenance without instruction and permission.
Do not install any software that has nothing to do with three coordinates in the computer to ensure the reliable operation of the system.
The air conditioner should be turned on 24 hours a day, and the maintenance time of the air conditioner should be carried out in autumn, so as to ensure the normal use of the three coordinates.
