2. Temperature

In order to ensure that the CMM can take advantage of the measurement, it is particularly important for the measurement site to be in a constant temperature environment. According to relevant regulations, the standard state of the precision measurement environment stipulates that the standard temperature state level 1 ideal temperature is 20 ° C ± 1 ° C, and the temperature change It is based on 2 ℃ for 8 hours, which is also the temperature standard of the laboratory. If the temperature is too high or too low, the sample will expand or contract, resulting in measurement errors.

3. Machine handling path

Please plan and prepare the installation site, transportation path and transportation tools of the three-dimensional measuring machine in advance. Door width, door height and CMM installation site need to be completed in advance for handling and installation.

4. Ground vibration

When the vibration is below 10Hz, the amplitude must be below 2μP-P. When vibrating at 10Hz ~ 50Hz, the acceleration must be below 0.4qal. It is recommended that the installation site be as far away as possible from vibration sources such as punching machines or large truck passages. If necessary, a shock-proof foundation should be constructed to ensure the accuracy of the machine and correct measurement errors.

5. Current and Voltage

In some areas, the current and voltage quality may be relatively unstable. In this case, a voltage stabilizer and UPS are generally required. The coordinate measuring instrument uses 220V voltage, and it is necessary to ensure that there are five to six socket power supplies.

6. Air source

The three-coordinate measuring instrument is actuated by air bearing, which has high requirements on air quality. Therefore, it is recommended that the air pressure of the independent air source should be stabilized above 0.45MPa, and the triple water filter and oil filter should be strengthened to ensure the clean air source and increase the life of the machine. Set the Φ8mm pipeline quick connector near the machine where the CMM is placed.
